I’m so glad I called Freedom Auto Glass. They came out the very next day, My appt was between 10-2 and Marco Cruz called at around 10 am and said he’s about 25 minutes away. I live in Red Rock, and the company is based in Phoenix, and is still able to provide me mobile service. When Marco arrived he was super friendly and professional. I really appreciate that. My windshield looks great as well. In addition, they give you 100.00 cash in hand. Just wow! My only suggestion is to provide your employees with a work shirt that says Freedom Auto Glass. I just had my windshield replaced by Freedom Auto Glass and it was a GREAT experience! Freedom called Monday and scheduled the appointment as soon as my insurance company approved the work! They were here early (with notification), they were neat, clean, efficient and polite! Obviously knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves.
Great experience all around! They sent out a coupon in the money in the mail saying $100 cash on the spot and actually handed me $100 cash when they arrived, unlike other companies who will show up with a gift card or say the check is in the mail! Not only will I use them again for any future needs, I will refer them as well!

Called them to replace my windshield after an unfortunate encounter with a rock. Scheduling the appointment was easy, they had the windshield in stock, and installed it within 48 hours, timing was due to my schedule, it seemed like they could have installed it the next day if I wanted. Chad was my technician, the guy was professional, articulate, and easy to work with. I would recommend this company in the future.
